Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation

PureGlow has a 30-minute cancellation policy.

Our automated shipping and packaging systems allow cancellations only within 30 minutes of placing the order, during our warehouse operating hours (7 AM – 12 PM CET).

If we’re unable to cancel your order due to the above policy, simply email us at info@pureglowlifestyle.shop, and we can proceed with a return instead.
